  1. That is a VERY good question! I'm suspicious of almost all my memories - did that really happen that way or do I just want to BELIEVE it happened that way?

  2. Insight ... critical component of figuring out just who we are, where we've been ... where we're going!

  3. Ah distortions! As long as nobody points them out, we're safe in our cocoon.

  4. nice. we do tend to color our lives with the lenses we are wearing, what is real, i dunno two people can look at the same thing and find something completely different...such as this prompt...

  8. I do so like the way you leave "eyes" prominently by themselves in the last line.

  9. Sometimes reality and distortion are blurred, sometimes reflect each other. Very thoughtful piece, Suz.

  10. Suz,
There is real and then there is fact. If they coincide occasioally so much the better, but when they don't, oh the possibilities; that's what we call imagination right? It's the writer's core to see the world in a kaleidascope, n'cest pas?

  11. Interesting! I like the reflections - those that might spin reality.
