Now that I have my body moving again
stretching
breathing
now that I am in tune with it
a sensual feeling
I need to get the outside corrected
red polish on toes
gold hoops in ears
Euphoria wafting around me
I need to get some more blonde in hair
I went darker...low lights...for the winter
ick
I'm a blonde
and today I head downtown to see Tom
he'll fix me right up
and then I will return home
casting spells

      I just love going to the salon and seeing what all the young things are wearing...oh to young again
      and yes....life is pumping in these old veins...What? I ask..is the alternative?

    You go girl!! Isn't it great to take care of ourselves? We really need to do that and sometimes FIRST before we take care of everyone else. Glad that you are stretching. Yoga...yum!!

      The way I look at it..you take care of what has the most need..or who.....and right now it's ME

    Isn't it great to feel alive? I love it when that happens and I think yoga does do that, makes you feel your body again instead of dragging it around. Being aware of it again, you want to pamper it and make it pretty...
