Now where did my book go?

I have three books going at the same time:
Flannery O'Connor, A Good Man is Hard to Find and Other Stories,
In The Woods,by Tana French,
and
Poetry As Spiritual Practice,by Robert Mcdowell
Well, this morning I was in the mood for the poetry book, however, I was unable to find it.
So as I was trying to get into Flannery I looked up and there it was.....
Lambchop was reading it.

.......Finn was here for a visit the other day
and I wasn't the one who cleaned up.
...that will teach me.

  1. Ah, but this is a scene of moments and times past to be cherished! With a photo like this, and all it represents, cleaning is highly over rated!!

  3. Thanks for the chuckle, Suz. It's funny, I was looking for In the Woods at the used bookshop on Saturday. Didn't find it, so I requested it from the library.

  4. Had to share this with Dr. M, he of the sheep love. It's just too cute & something that might happen at our house without any toddlers involved.

  6. Who knew Lambchop used poetry as a spiritual practice. I knew there was a reason I loved her!

Funny one for the day, Suz!

  8. I wish I still had the time to read one book at a time, never mind three!
Although there's always time for a few poems before sleep.

  10. Visitors think I am so nice because I won't let them help. Truth is, I can't find anything unless I do it myself. In truth, I am really a grumpy old man!

  12. That Lambchop, you really have to watch what's going on when Lambchop is around.
