Thanks for your comments on my blog, Suz. I've been wanting to tell you that you are absolutely right, the best thing about the wildlife refuge was the sounds. I made sure I was there at dusk so I could get the full experience and it was out of this world. Woodpeckers, owls, mourning doves, and possibly a coyote.
Goldenbird...wow does that sound fabulous...I need to find a place like that locally to just go to and enjoy nature in quantity Mary...that's too funny...you must have spotted the baby bottle in the reflection!
