saturday poem from the writer's box

How To Get Over a Broken Heart

Let it rip
open
ooze sorrow
till it's sadness
...that hurts
when you try
to move
on
but can't
until it's
anger
that you should have left
him
Leave
 it open
...your heart
Love will come
 again
and heal it

  2. I agree with Janean...surely you have not experienced so much sorrow.
You certainly can express. When does your book come out?

  11. Because you have truly known a broken heart you are a deeper woman. You will never be the child you were. What a lovely, loving way to say it! Thank you.
